2. What we process

• Account data: email, name, company details (name, country, VAT ID).
• Marketplace activity: listings, RFQs, quotes, searches.
• Technical logs required to operate and secure the service.

3. Where data lives

All application data is hosted in the European Union (Supabase, Frankfurt region, eu-central-1). We do not use US-based data processors for personal data unless explicitly stated.

4. Legal basis

Performance of contract (operating your account and RFQs), and legitimate interest (aggregate demand analytics, fraud prevention).

5. Sharing

Your company identity is shared with a counterparty only when a quote is exchanged on an RFQ. We do not sell personal data.
