Sell your surplus stock

Excess and obsolete harness components sit in a warehouse losing value every quarter. Listing them here puts them in front of buyers searching the exact part number — at no cost, and without telling the market who you are.

Why it works

Buyers arrive by part number

Every part gets its own page, indexed and matched on fuzzy MPN search across 518 manufacturers. People find you because they searched the number stamped on the component, not because they browsed a marketplace.

Your name stays out of it

Listings show a neutral supplier label, not your company. Your identity is revealed only when you choose to answer an RFQ — so surplus can be moved without signalling to the market what you are stuck with.

It costs nothing

No listing fee, no subscription, no commission. No payment runs through the platform at all — you and the buyer close the deal directly, on your own terms and paperwork.

How it works

  1. 01

Create a supplier account. Approval is manual and usually takes under a day.

  2. 02

Upload your excess list as a CSV, or add parts one at a time. Re-uploading syncs the whole inventory, so a monthly export keeps it current.

  3. 03

Buyers search, land on the part page, and send a request for quote.

  4. 04

You answer with a price and lead time. Your identity is revealed at that point, and the deal closes directly between you and the buyer.

What belongs here

New and unused stock, whatever the date code — obsolescence is the point, not a problem. These are the categories buyers are already searching, with what is listed in each today.

A rough rule: if it has been sitting more than 180 days and it is a harness component, it is worth listing.

Common questions

What does it cost to list?
Nothing. There is no listing fee, no subscription and no commission. The platform takes no cut because no payment passes through it — buyer and supplier settle directly.
Will buyers and competitors see who I am?
Not from a listing. Public pages show a neutral supplier label rather than your company name. Your identity becomes visible only when you answer a request for quote, which is your decision each time.
How much stock do I need to make it worthwhile?
There is no minimum. A handful of obsolete part numbers is fine — a buyer searching for one discontinued connector cares that it exists, not how much else you hold.
What condition does the stock need to be in?
New and unused. Each listing carries its own condition, packaging and date code, so factory-sealed, opened packaging and partial reels are all listable as long as they are described accurately.
How do I get a large inventory online?
Export it to CSV and upload it. The importer previews and validates every row before anything goes live, maps your column names to ours, and flags manufacturers it does not recognise. Re-upload whenever the stock changes.
How long do listings stay live?
Until you remove them or they expire from inactivity. Re-uploading your list refreshes everything at once, which is why a periodic export is the easiest way to keep the catalogue honest.

Put your excess stock in front of buyers

Creating a supplier account takes a minute and commits you to nothing. You can see the catalogue and the RFQ flow before listing a single part.
