1. The platform is an intermediary

SurplusHarness provides a discovery and request-for-quote service for excess and obsolete wire harness components. SurplusHarness is not a party to any transaction concluded between buyers and suppliers. All contracts of sale are concluded directly between the trading parties, off-platform.

2. No warranty on listings

SurplusHarness gives no warranty as to the authenticity, condition, quality, or availability of any listed part. Sellers warrant their own stock. Buyers are responsible for their own verification, incoming inspection, and qualification of purchased material.

3. Accounts

Buyer accounts are free. Supplier accounts require manual approval. We may suspend accounts that list counterfeit goods, misrepresent stock, or repeatedly fail to respond to RFQs.

4. Fees

Use of the platform is currently free of charge. Fee changes will be announced in advance.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SurplusHarness is not liable for any damages arising from transactions initiated through the platform.
